Hi, I’m Miguel Flores—founder of Third Gen Financial and a licensed Mortgage Broker dedicated to helping families make confident, well-informed real estate decisions.

I’ve helped hundreds of clients—from first-time buyers to seasoned homeowners and investors—navigate the loan process with clarity and confidence.

I’m based in California’s High Desert, and I love serving my local community—but I also hold licenses in multiple states and have the experience to support out-of-state clients, too.
